Willow Oaks Country Club:
Club Source Design conducted a Long Range Development Study which examined land utilization, arrival, circulation, parking, club amenities (clubhouse, golf support, racquets, aquatics, and fitness) and opportunities for visual continuity among the campus facilities. A primary goal for the study was to maximize views of and access to the river.
Our team provided a variety of Master Planning services including: observing and examining the site and all facilities; conducting interviews; conducting “Club of the Future Night” work session to obtain member input and observations; developing a preliminary list of goals and objectives for Club input and approval; identifying all opportunities for improvements and future development; producing a final, coordinated comprehensive plan of improvement; developing a budget opinion; developing a three-dimensional architectural and stylistic concept for both the interiors and exteriors of the facility.
The Long Range Development Plan was adopted by the club’s board of directors. As the first implementation of the Plan, Club Source Design also designed a new tennis plaza meant for a socializing space for tennis court users.
